Shipping policy

All the orders within India are shipped through DTDC or Delhivery or professional or India post only via a third party courier partner. Once the order placed , it will take 3-8 business days for the product to reach you.

Dispatch duration 1-2 working days.

Delivery duration 3-8 working days.

Blubay is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company /postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-8 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

The customer can track his/her order in the ‘’Track order’’ category in our website by providing the order id or in the respective apps of the Courier partner or via the tracking link sent as a message to the customer's contact number provided. 

We use courier services like DTDC,Delhivery, Professional etc, to do the delivery and it’s entirely up to the particular service /delivery staff when it comes to the delivery. We have no authority over the service and delivery timings. In case it has been delivered at your address, but it was collected by security, House help, neighbor etc. We do not have any guarantee regarding such cases as there will be no advance call or communication from the courier companies while delivering your order, so kindly track your order regularly.

If the product is not received within 3 to 8 business days from the date of shipment customer can reach to us through WhatsApp or mail us .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
